Last updated 23 October 2026. This notice explains the information used by the Mahonie storefront and its account, support and practice features. It does not promise a specific retention period or a service that has not been configured.
Information you provide
When you create an account, place an order or contact us, information can include your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, purchased items, order references and the messages you send. We use these details to provide the requested shopping, delivery, account and support functions.
You can browse public product pages and Journal articles without creating an account. Some functions, including customer order history and account-synchronised practice progress, require sign-in. Provide only information relevant to the action you are taking.
Orders, payments and service providers
Order and address details support fulfilment, delivery updates, customer service, returns and applicable accounting requirements. Delivery and payment partners receive the information needed for their service. Review the providers and payment choices shown at checkout; this notice does not identify a provider that is not currently configured for your order.
Use the payment interface offered at checkout. Do not send full card details, an OTP, banking credentials or account passwords by email, an enquiry form or the public concierge. Contact us using the published address if you receive an unexpected request for sensitive information.
Meditation and saved progress
The Practice Room can store practice preferences, session progress and supported reflection information. Guest activity may remain in browser storage. When you use a signed-in feature that synchronises progress, supported records are associated with your Magento customer account so they can be retrieved when you sign into the same account.
Practice activity is not a clinical record and should not be used as a diagnosis. Avoid entering health history, highly personal reflections or another person’s information. On a shared device, sign out and use the available controls to clear locally stored history where appropriate. Clearing browser storage does not necessarily delete records already saved to an account; contact us if you need help with those records.
Public concierge and external links
The public concierge uses published Mahonie catalogue and Journal information. It has no tools for accessing your customer account, private orders or Magento Admin. Treat it as a public product-information channel: do not enter payment details, passwords or sensitive personal information. It cannot carry out an account or order request for you.
Technical request information can be processed to operate and protect the service. A model answer can be incomplete; check the linked article or contact Client Care for an individual order question.
Links to Instagram, Google, WhatsApp or other external services take you to those services, which apply their own privacy notices. A link does not imply that your Magento account is shared with them. WhatsApp and other messaging features depend on the business configuration and your decision to open or use them.
Messages and marketing
An order, account or enquiry may require a service response. That is separate from subscribing to marketing. Newsletter or promotional messaging should follow the choice presented when you sign up. You can use the unsubscribe instructions in a marketing message or contact us for help.
Placing an order or using a free meditation practice does not, by itself, mean you agreed to promotional WhatsApp messages. Tell us if you believe your messaging preference has not been respected.
Retention and protection
Information is retained according to its purpose, operational requirements and applicable obligations. Order and accounting records can require different handling from a browser preference or an enquiry. We do not state a single deletion period for every type of record; ask about the particular information if you need detail.
Access controls and other technical measures help protect the store, but no service can promise absolute security. Keep your own sign-in credentials private, use a device you trust and sign out after using a shared computer.
Access, correction and privacy requests
You can update the account details made available after sign-in. For other questions or requests about personal information, email [email protected]. Explain the request and the email or order reference needed to identify the relevant interaction; do not send identity documents unless the team has explained a necessary, appropriate verification process.
We may need to verify a request to protect the account or other people’s information. Some records may need to be retained for applicable legal or operational reasons; the team can explain the handling of your request. You can also contact us if information appears incorrect or a privacy concern remains unresolved.
