These terms describe use of the Mahonie website and orders placed through it. Please review the product details, delivery address, final total and relevant policies before submitting an order.
Product information
Fragrance, dimensions, materials, quantity and care instructions are specific to each listing. Photographs illustrate the product or styling; colours may differ between screens. Product availability is confirmed during ordering.
Prices and GST
Listed product prices exclude GST. Applicable GST, delivery charges and the final total are shown in the cart or checkout using the delivery information you provide.
Orders and payment
An order acknowledgement records receipt of an order request. Payment, stock and delivery checks may still be required. If an issue prevents fulfilment, Mahonie will contact you with the next steps.
Delivery and returns
Our shipping policy and returns and refunds policy form part of the ordering information. These policies do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Safe use
Follow the product care instructions. Never leave burning candles or incense unattended. Keep products away from children, pets and flammable materials. Fragrance products and meditation content are not substitutes for medical care.
