Aromatherapy is the science of using our sense of smell to heighten our wellbeing. The science of aromatherapy employs our olfactory system whilst meditation raises the level of cosmic energies our body sustains.
Meditation is a technique to channelize the cosmic energy through our body and in process roping it with chakras present in our body.
The two realms of aromatherapy and meditation intertwined complement our focus and manoeuvre the energy fields surrounding our body.
With discipline we can easily expedite the process of strengthening these energy fields. Once the basic stage of meditation is achieved, the energy field connects us to the universal consciousness thus paving a way for the mystical experiences. As we surrender to our consciousness, we establish robust connection with our inner self thus paving way to exploring the distinct realms of the collective consciousness.
The mechanism functions better when the catalyst is derived from the very nature that we wish to be a part of. The catalyst being the essential oil which, when used activates various areas of our body, thus giving way to the convergence of energy fields of the body.
Our essential oils trigger chemicals like serotonin, endorphin and noradrenalin in our brain, in a way calming our mind, body and soul. One can enhance their cognitive functions in addition to living a healthy lifestyle.
