Chakra-inspired reflection

Chakras are part of certain yogic and spiritual traditions. Here they are used as a symbolic focus for personal reflection, not as a medical model or a claim that a product can balance the body.

What will I do?

Explore a symbolic map for reflection. This introduction follows 5 written prompts, with a choice to read at your own pace or use an available on-device voice.

Make it comfortable

Start with a supported position and an ordinary, undemanding point of attention. You can skip a prompt, keep your eyes open, or stop. The suggested duration is a guide, not a target to achieve.

The complete guidance

  1. Choose a theme

Select an everyday theme such as steadiness, kindness or expression. No belief or particular sensation is required.

  2. Find a comfortable seat

Notice the ground beneath you and let the breath move naturally.

  3. Reflect gently

Consider one small way the chosen theme matters in your life today. You can imagine a colour if that is useful, or simply stay with the word.

  4. Choose a small action

Think of a modest action that could express that theme: listening carefully, taking a pause or speaking clearly.

  5. Return to the present

Let the image or theme go. Notice the room and carry only what feels useful into your day.
