What will I do?
A clear path, open eyes and a more deliberate step. This introduction follows 5 written prompts, with a choice to read at your own pace or use an available on-device voice.
Make it comfortable
Start with a supported position and an ordinary, undemanding point of attention. You can skip a prompt, keep your eyes open, or stop. The suggested duration is a guide, not a target to achieve.
The complete guidance
Choose the path
Stand at the beginning of a clear, level route. Avoid traffic, stairs and obstacles. No product or special equipment is needed.
Feel your footing
Notice your feet meeting the ground and the shift of weight before the first step.
Begin to walk
Walk at a comfortable pace. Notice lifting, moving and placing each foot without exaggerating the movement.
Stay aware
Let your awareness include the space around you. If attention drifts, return to the feeling of your next step.
Pause and finish
Come to a natural stop. Feel both feet on the ground and take a moment before continuing your day.
